Air Dolomiti has specific policies regarding passenger name changes and corrections:
Name Changes: Complete name changes are not permitted. Tickets are personal and non-transferable.
Minor Corrections: If there's a minor error in the passenger's name (e.g., a misspelled letter, incorrect order of first and last names, or omission of a middle name), you can contact Air Dolomiti's Sales Centre for a correction. These adjustments are typically made free of charge.
Legal Name Changes: In cases of legal name changes due to marriage, divorce, or other legal proceedings, corrections may be allowed.
Group Bookings: For group reservations, free name changes are possible up to 15 days before departure.
The service is available Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (GMT+1), and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (GMT+1), excluding bank holidays.
