Allegiant Air offers a range of options for passengers wishing to change or cancel their flights, with policies varying based on the purchase of additional protections and the timing of changes.
Within 24 Hours of Booking: You can receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of purchase, provided the scheduled departure is at least one week (168 hours) away at the time of booking. After this period, tickets become non-refundable.
Without Trip Flex Protection:
Changing Flights: A standard change fee applies per person, per flight segment for changes made after 24 hours of booking.
Cancellations: You may cancel your itinerary for a fee and receive a credit voucher for future travel, minus any applicable fees. No credit is issued for cancellations made within 7 days of departure.
Purchasing Trip Flex allows for more flexibility:
No-Show Policy: No credit is issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of flight departure.
Bereavement Exceptions: Allegiant does not offer bereavement discounts or exceptions to its policies.
Managing Reservations: Changes and cancellations can be made through Allegiant's Manage Travel portal.
