Fare types
- SAVE, BASE, and FLEX: These are the three fare types offered in Economy Class.
- Voucher tickets: If a flight is canceled due to COVID or another reason, passengers may receive a voucher ticket that can be used to book another flight.

Passengers who purchase tickets at least seven days before departure may be able to cancel within 24 hours and receive a full refund.
