- If you cancel your booking online within 24 hours of booking, and the first flight in your itinerary has not departed, you can cancel without penalty

- If your flight is canceled or significantly changed by Brussels Airlines, you are entitled to a refund
- Refunds for unused fare value, taxes, and charges are available online or through your travel agency
- Airline fees, optional payment charges, and travel insurance fees are non-refundable
Rebooking
- If your flight is canceled, Brussels Airlines will automatically rebook you on an alternative flight to the same destination and travel class
- If you booked your flight through a travel agency, you may need to contact them to rebook
