Cape Air offers flexible options for passengers needing to modify their travel plans. Here's an overview of their flight change policies:
No Change Fees: Cape Air does not charge change fees for voluntary modifications to your itinerary. However, if the new flight has a higher fare, passengers are responsible for paying the difference.
No Residual Credit: If the new fare is lower than the original, Cape Air does not issue a residual travel credit for the difference.
Online Bookings: Passengers who booked their flights through capeair.com can change to another flight on the same day of travel at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Advance Changes: For changes made before the day of travel, passengers can modify their booking to another flight of equal or higher value. While there is no change fee, any fare difference will apply.
Flexible Changes: TravelPass reservations can be canceled or changed up to 24 hours prior to departure without penalty or change fees. Canceled trips remain valid for future reservations.
Changes Within 24 Hours: Modifications within 24 hours of departure are allowed for flights departing the same day. If the change results in a new travel date, an additional trip is required, and the original pass(es) are forfeited.
No-Shows: Failure to cancel or change a reservation within 24 hours of departure will result in forfeiture of the trip and passes.
Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the booked itinerary. Changes may result in a higher fare.
No Advance Seat Selection: Cape Air operates 9-passenger aircraft and assigns seats during boarding; advance seat selection is not available.
