Jet2 Name Change Policy

Jet2.com allows passengers to make name changes and correct minor errors on their bookings under specific conditions:

Minor Name Corrections:

Spelling Errors: Genuine spelling mistakes of up to three letters can be corrected free of charge. These corrections can be made through the "Manage My Booking" section on Jet2's website or by contacting their customer service.

Full Name Changes:

Policy: Passengers are entitled to make one name change per booking by paying an administration fee. For each additional name change, an administration fee plus any difference in fare will apply.

Procedure: Name changes can be made via the "Manage My Booking" section on Jet2's website or at airport sales desks.

Fees:

Administration Fee: Each name change incurs a £40 administration fee.

Fare Difference: In addition to the administration fee, any difference in fare between the original booking and the current fare at the time of the change will be charged. If the new fare is lower, no refund will be provided.

Important Considerations:

Time Restrictions: Name changes must be made at least four hours before the original scheduled departure time.

Checked-In Flights: Once you've checked in online, changes to your booking, including name changes, are not permitted.

Discounts: Any discounts applied to the original fare will no longer be valid after a name change, and the passenger will need to pay the extra cost.

Legal Name Changes: For legal name changes due to marriage, divorce, or other legal proceedings, supporting documentation may be required.
