General Change Guidelines:

Fare Differences: If the fare for the new flight is higher, passengers must pay the fare difference. Conversely, if the fare is lower, the remaining balance may be saved as credit for future travel, depending on the fare rules.

Important Notes:

24-Hour Risk-Free Change: KLM allows passengers to modify their flight bookings within 24 hours of booking without incurring a change fee, provided the booking was made at least seven days before departure.

Booking Channels: Changes to bookings made through travel agents or third parties should be processed through the respective agents.

Name Corrections: Minor corrections (up to 3 characters) can be made free of charge within 24 hours of booking. For changes after 24 hours, a fee ranging from EUR 100 to EUR 250 may apply, depending on the nature of the correction.
