Peach Aviation offers different flight change policies depending on the fare type purchased.
Fare Types and Change Policies:
Minimum Fare:
- Flight Changes: Not permitted.
- Cancellations: Allowed up to one hour before the scheduled departure time; however, no refunds or points are provided.
Standard Fare:
- Flight Changes: Not permitted.
- Cancellations: Allowed up to one hour before the scheduled departure time. A cancellation fee applies:
- JPY 1,000 if canceled more than 30 days prior to departure.
- JPY 3,000 if canceled within 29 days of departure. The remaining amount, after deducting the cancellation fee, is refunded in Peach Points.
Standard Plus Fare:
- Flight Changes: Permitted without a change fee up to one hour before the scheduled departure time. Any fare difference between the original and new flight will be charged. Changes can be made online via the "Manage Booking" section.
- Cancellations: Allowed up to one hour before departure, with a cancellation fee of JPY 500. The remaining amount is refunded to the original payment method.
Important Considerations:
Change Deadlines: All changes must be completed at least one hour before the scheduled departure time.
Origin/Destination Changes: Changing the origin or destination after booking is not permitted. To alter these, you must cancel the existing booking (subject to the fare's cancellation policy) and make a new reservation.
Fare Type Changes: Once booked, the fare type cannot be changed.
Partial Cancellations: Canceling only one segment of a round-trip booking is not allowed; the entire booking must be canceled and rebooked if changes are needed.
