Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Add-On:

Virgin Australia offers a "Cancel For Any Reason" service for certain non-refundable bookings. This add-on allows you to cancel your flight and receive a refund of either 80% or 100% of your fare, depending on the option selected at the time of booking. CFAR must be purchased during the initial booking process and is available only for Economy Lite and Economy Choice fares on selected flights.

Cancellations using CFAR must be made through the "Manage Booking" section on the Virgin Australia website up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the first flight on your booking.
