If you miss your Vueling Airlines flight without prior cancellation—a situation known as a "no-show"—the following policies apply:
Forfeiture of Ticket Value: Vueling Airlines' terms and conditions state that if you do not arrive at the airport on time and miss your flight, you should go to the Vueling Sales Desk or contact Customer Services.
Return Flights After Missing Outbound: If you have a return ticket and miss the outbound flight, you can still use the return flight without any problem or the need to make changes.
Missed Flight Cover: Vueling offers Missed Flight Cover insurance, which provides benefits if you miss your flight due to unforeseen circumstances. To be eligible for this cover, you must present yourself at the Vueling Airport Ticket Office within 4 hours after the scheduled departure time, in a fit state to fly, and with all necessary documentation.
Immediate Communication: If you miss your flight, go to the airport and speak with Vueling staff. They can assist in rebooking you on the next available flight without additional charges, provided you inform them on the day of departure.
